Our people are Conento. That is why we try for everyone to participate in the company’s success. Coming to work should not be a miserable experience, but a time we spend together, trying to do things the best way we can and to enjoy what we are achieving together as a team.
We have a multidisciplinary team committed to development and the environment, seeking as much their personal growth as that of the company and its clients.
In-service training team
At Conento we are concerned that our consultants update and expand the knowledge in their areas of expertise. Therefore, as far as possible, we provide continuous in-service training, contributing to the professional development and training of our consultants. So far, the following courses have been taught:
- Course of Econometric Models, applied to marketing and advertising, taught by Miguel Ángel Arranz, Assistant Professor of Econometrics at the University Carlos III de Madrid
- Course of Advanced Programming on Rich Internet Applications (RIA), made with Adobe Flex, taught by the expert designer and RIA developer Gonzalo Pezzi.
- Courses of Algebraic Theory, Numerical Analysis, Optimization.
Cultural and Integration Trips
Working with Conento is not only an invaluable personal and professional growth experience, but also a fun-filled teamwork experience. Every year we travel somewhere in the world offering our employees the opportunity to learn about different countries and cultures.

As a part of the team integrationa and social labor, Conento was involved into the "IV inter enterprise tournament against hunger" that took place on September 16, 2011 at Madrid Spain. This time Conento competed with 12 of its team members in the 5000 meter race.
The winner of Conento's members was Juan José Crespo running the 5000 metes in a record time of 20,21 min, at only 3 min from the first position.
